Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all operational, sales, and service functions within the dealership.

• Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and resource management.

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior management role within an automotive dealership.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management.
• Experience with Toyota is an advantage, but not essential.
• Ability to relocate and adapt to a new environment.
