A worldwide Sales and Marketing representative company for a leading hospitality chain is seeking an experienced Group Finance Director.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial health of the full accounting cycle of 15 companies
- Manage financial reporting team
- Oversee and manage a team of 10 Financial Controllers across Americas, UK, EU & Caribbean
- Be the liaison for local and consolidated group audits
Qualifications/Experience:
- University degree or college diploma in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or Business
- Management/Administration
- Extensive experience as a Finance Director
- Professional Qualification (ACA, CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience of good cross-functional working
- Dynamic and results-driven individual with high levels of energy, flexibility and commitment to deliver both the businesses and their own operational objectives
- An effective communicator with excellent presentation skills and gravitas; articulate and persuasive; able to build strong relationships and influence across the business at all levels
- Strong leadership skills; sets the standards for a high performing team and inspires the team to pull together to achieve exceptional results
