VW Audi Technical Support Trainer & Training Manager- Caribbean

Are you a skilled Automotive Technical Trainer with a passion for leading training programs? Do you have experience in delivering training to automotive service teams? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Role Description:

As a Technical Training Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing training programs for our current Audi, VW, and Porsche Service Teams, both Technical and Non-Technical. This role encompasses training for Service Managers, Technicians, Technical Support Specialists, Service Advisors, Quality Controllers, and Workshop Controllers. You will also oversee their online training performance and guide the Service Team toward meeting the manufacturers’ standards. This position will require occasional travel to stay updated on the latest technology in Germany and deliver training to our partners across the region. Relocation to an expat-friendly location is a requirement.

Role Purpose:

• Deliver a wide range of technical and project-based training programs to fulfill the needs of the dealer network.
• Contribute to the design and development of new training materials and programs to meet external commercial and project-driven requirements.
• Deliver technical training to individuals with varying skill levels.
• Ensure the availability of training resources, including delegate handouts, PowerPoint slides, special tools, training aids, and vehicles.
• Review and enhance training materials for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Ensure all training activities adhere to company quality standards, health and safety regulations, legal requirements, environmental policies, and general car care duties.

Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following:

• Excellent training delivery and facilitation skills, with a strong dedication to learning and coaching.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Technical Trainer is essential (BMW certification is an asset).
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and employ innovative training delivery and assessment methods.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective time management and the ability to work within established timeframes.
• Experience with e-learning delivery or a solid understanding of how it can enhance traditional training methods.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
• Competence in planning, managing, and organizing one’s own schedule and business commitments.
