Responsibilities:

• Conducting advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BMW vehicles, adhering to the highest quality standards.
• Identifying complex technical issues and utilizing your expertise to provide effective solutions.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest BMW technologies, technical bulletins, and repair techniques.
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided.
• Collaborating
  with other technicians and service advisors to efficiently handle
  workflow and maintain a smooth operation within the service department.
• Utilizing specialized BMW tools and equipment for accurate diagnosis and repair.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Master Technician, specializing in BMW vehicles.
• Certification as a BMW Master Technician or similar credentials from a recognized automotive training program.
• In-depth knowledge of BMW diagnostic systems, software, and repair procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
