The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Automotive Sales Advisor to join our Sales or Aftersales team. You will play a crucial role in delivering tailored solutions to customers, whether they are purchasing a new vehicle, exploring finance options, or accessing aftersales services such as maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Focus:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles or products.
- Provide clear and accurate information about vehicle features, financing, and promotions.
- Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Aftersales Focus:
- Assist customers with aftersales services, including scheduling maintenance, repairs, and warranty queries.
- Upsell additional products and services, such as service packages or accessories.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with customers, enhancing loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales or service targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or aftersales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a customer-first attitude.
- A valid driver’s license.
