We are seeking a BMW Master Technician to join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers in the Caribbean.
This role is based in the Caribbean and offers full relocation support.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BMW vehicles, adhering to the highest quality standards.
- Identifying complex technical issues and utilizing your expertise to provide effective solutions.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest BMW technologies, technical bulletins, and repair techniques.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided.
- Collaborating with other technicians and service advisors to efficiently handle workflow and maintain a smooth operation within the service department.
- Utilizing specialized BMW tools and equipment for accurate diagnosis and repair.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Master Technician, specializing in BMW vehicles.
- Certification as a BMW Master Technician or similar credentials from a recognized automotive training program.
- In-depth knowledge of BMW diagnostic systems, software, and repair procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Package:
- Salary $30,000 – $32,000 USD p.a.
