Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of technicians handling commercial refrigeration, electrical catering, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing hands-on expertise when required.
- Maintain close communication with customers and coordinate with service administration.
- Stay updated on product developments, reporting on product improvements and safety concerns.
- Respond to technical queries from both clients and team members.
Candidate Requirements:
- Background in HVAC, commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or laundry systems.
- Strong leadership with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with diagnosing and repairing commercial equipment.
