A growing private equity firm with an impressive portfolio is seeking a CFO. The business has a bold and dynamic approach to growth and are seeking a CFO who can embody this in leading the finance function.

Reporting to the group Chairman, you will be tasked with managing the financial end-to-end operation of the business with the position aimed at bridging the gap between the Finance Function “keeping the score” and “adding value” to the strategic growth of the company and taking the business to the next level.

A major part of your role will be providing support and guidance to mergers and acquisitions team by supervising acquisition due diligence and negotiating acquisitions.
