Chief Human Resource Officer – Jamaica
This opportunity will be based in the head office in Jamaica, and will offer relocation assistance, an attractive market related salary and bonus up to 60%.

GAP Talent is proud to partner a multinational organisation with headquarters in Jamaica in the search to appoint a Chief Human Resources Partner in a phase of exponential growth. The business is privately owned and is a market leader in its specialist field.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will have the opportunity to oversee a talented team of HR professionals including the Head of Talent Development, Head of Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience, Executive Assistant/HR Co-Ordinator, and Business Segment Heads of HR.
As our CHRO, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and commercial HR input to key business decisions, ensuring that our Executive and Senior Management Teams have the support they need to succeed. You will also be responsible for providing professional HR leadership and direction to our HR function, taking the lead on Domestic & Global Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Management, People Strategy/Culture, Group HR Policies, Compensation & Benefits, and Mergers & Acquisitions. To be successful in the role you will need to come in with international experience and have led globally dispersed HR teams.
In addition to being a strategic business advisor to the Group CEO, we are looking for someone with extensive experience in global talent management, strategic workforce planning, executive recruitment and succession planning, managing mergers and acquisitions, operating at
the C-suite level, and Board representation.
