General Manager – Caribbean

GAP Talent are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead a team in one of the largest hospitality
organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving overall business success.

This role will be based in the Caribbean and requires full relocation to the Caribbean.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Implement and maintain high operational standards, compliance, and quality service.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure a consistently exceptional dining experience for customers.
  • Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective promotional activities.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and cost optimization.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control procedures.


Qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets and managing a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
