Head of Food and Beverage
GAP Talent is working with a renowned restaurant group. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Food & Beverage to lead our culinary operations, focusing on menu development, product quality, and industry trends to enhance our restaurant offerings.
This individual will be responsible for developing menu items, components, and recipes for all the restaurants. This role includes organizing product cuttings, leading menu research, and staying abreast of food and beverage trends.

- Attend trade shows, workshops, courses, and seminars as deemed appropriate.
- Establish and achieve departmental budget goals.
- Recruit, train, direct, and evaluate department members.
- Act as an instructor in the Venue Training Program.
- Collaborate with Marketing on advertising campaigns and promotions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Team.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Effective leadership in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Good organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Experience in building and implementing business development strategies.
- Networking and strategic relationship-building skills.
- Experience in Food and Beverage Management, finance, budgeting, menu research, and project management.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage
- 5-10 years’ experience in a leadership role in Food and Beverage
