A well-known and prestigious travel group is recruiting a Head of Training. The role will be based in the Caribbean and responsible for training across multiple contact centres.
The contact centre operates inbound sales, reservations and customer service hub, where you will be tasked with developing teams, with a strong emphasis on soft upselling / upgrades while maintaining best in class customer service. Training and team development forms an integral part of the role in a collegiate, friendly, relationship driven culture. You’ll be managing a team of 10, looking at long term training strategy of the business.
- Package circa: $100,000 to $120,000 USD
- Full Relocation costs
The role would suite a person who has led training departments with contact centres (BPO’s) and within the hospitality or travel sector’s being advantage but not a necessity. Strategic mindset required, and a person who can develop and implement new training processes across the group.
