GAP Talent are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a sales team for a market leading multinational hospitality and travel group
based in the Caribbean. This role requires relocation to the Caribbean and the individual will be provided with full relocation support. Experience within the hospitality or travel sector essential to apply for this role.

The role will be leading a large B2B Sales teams to resorts and hotels across the Caribbean, and local and international trade shows. The position with be managing a team of Product Managers, Group Sales, Reps, as well as strategy and analytics teams. The role offers a base salary, vehicle and up to 30% bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the adventure and hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Understanding of adventure and hospitality market trends.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

The package ranges from $40-45,000 per annum dependent on the individuals experience. An attractive bonus (30%), housing, flights, medical, car, laptop and phone provided.
