VW / Audi Master Technician – Caribbean

We’re seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Audi Master Technician who is high voltage certified! This role is based in the Caribbean, in idyllic expat friendly location and offers full relocation support.

As an Audi Master Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the  high-performance standards of Audi vehicles. Your expertise will be integral in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of Audi  models, using the latest diagnostic tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex diagnostic procedures to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Repair and maintain Audi vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and software to ensure accurate assessments and repairs.
• Stay updated on Audi’s latest technologies and service procedures through continuous training.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure seamless customer service.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
• Document all repair and service activities accurately for reference and reporting.
• Uphold a high standard of workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Certification as an Audi Master Technician or equivalent.
• High voltage experience required
• Proven experience as an Audi technician with a strong track record of successful repairs.
• Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic equipment and software for Audi vehicles.
• In-depth understanding of automotive systems, components, and electronic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical details.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
