Financial Controller -London

GAP Talent has exclusively partnered up with a leading Private Equity firm in London who is seeking a Financial Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role provides an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s financial strategy and overall growth for the next 5-10 years.

Key responsibilities:

• Working closely with the directors/shareholders on day-to-day operations and long-term projects.
• Conduct financial analysis for potential investments and portfolio companies.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with portfolio company management on financial strategy.
• Support deal structuring and due diligence processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Skillset and experience:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Must hold a ACCA, ACA, or CA(SA) qualification.
• Demonstrated track record of effectively collaborating within industry to drive various finance strategy initiatives.
