Position Overview:

As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our seafood processing plant, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency. You will lead a talented team, manage resources, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a diverse workforce.
• Oversee seafood processing, packaging, and quality control.
• Implement and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and supply chain logistics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Report regularly to senior management on plant performance and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a seafood processing or related industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of seafood processing and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and manage a diverse team.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
