Position: Head Football Coach

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and skill development.
• Strategize and execute game plans to secure victories in the national league and other competitions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to players, fostering a positive team culture and strong work ethic.
• Analyze match footage and scouting reports to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• To win! Instil and culture of success through leadership, motivation and passion to drive the best results out of a team with bags of potential and talent.
• Collaborate with club management to recruit talented players and build a competitive roster.
• Ensure compliance with league regulations and uphold high standards of sportsmanship and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Coaching badges and relevant qualifications from recognized football associations.
• Proven track record of coaching success at the professional level, preferably in top-tier competitions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate players.
• Tactical acumen and strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of the game.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment.
• Passion for football and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence.
