Head of Sales – Caribbean

GAP Talent are looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead a sales team for a market leader in the hospitality industry based in Montego Bay. This role requires relocation to the Caribbean and the individual will be provided with full relocation support. Experience within the hospitality industry is essential to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the adventure, travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Understanding of adventure and hospitality market trends.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

The package ranges from $JMD 7m base salary per annum dependent on the individuals experience plus considerable bonus potential.
