Lodge and Marketing Manager – Jamaica
GAP Talent are working with a leading hospitality brand and we are looking for an experienced Lodge & Marketing Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the lodges and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
- Liaising with guests and staff members.
- Managing the development and motivation of staff members.
- Ensuring that staff uniforms are in good order.
- Conducting monthly lodge inventory exercises.
- Ensuring all staff members’ food handler’s permits are current.
- Reporting the need for repairs and refurbishment of the lodge and lodge amenities.
- Ensuring that the lodges are always in a state of readiness for guest arrivals and site inspections.
- Accompanying prospective guests and clients on lodge site visits.
- Producing and submitting weekly lodge sales and marketing reports to the General Manager, Directors, and Owners.
- Corresponding with agents and clients via telephone and email.
- Marketing the Lodges, Great House, and Chapel via social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of a tertiary institution.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing and management.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Excel and Word.
