Lodge and Marketing Manager – Jamaica

GAP Talent are working with a leading hospitality brand and we are looking for an experienced Lodge & Marketing Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the lodges and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
  • Liaising with guests and staff members.
  • Managing the development and motivation of staff members.
  • Ensuring that staff uniforms are in good order.
  • Conducting monthly lodge inventory exercises.
  • Ensuring all staff members’ food handler’s permits are current.
  • Reporting the need for repairs and refurbishment of the lodge and lodge amenities.
  • Ensuring that the lodges are always in a state of readiness for guest arrivals and site inspections.
  • Accompanying prospective guests and clients on lodge site visits.
  • Producing and submitting weekly lodge sales and marketing reports to the General Manager, Directors, and Owners.
  • Corresponding with agents and clients via telephone and email.
  • Marketing the Lodges, Great House, and Chapel via social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of a tertiary institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing and management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Excel and Word.
