Senior Architect – Dubai

GAP Talent are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect who will play a key role in leading architectural projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to prestigious projects in one of the world’s most vibrant architectural landscapes. This role is based in Dubai, the client will provide full sponsorship and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design efforts for assigned projects, from initial concept development to final construction documentation.
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to translate design concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and zoning research to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
• Develop comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Oversee the coordination of consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and construction phases to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and project meetings, effectively communicating design concepts and responding to feedback and revisions.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design, integrating innovative approaches into project workflows and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects of varying scales and complexities.
• Professional licensure or registration as an architect preferred (e.g., RIBA, AIA, ARB).
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and attention to detail, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual presentations and detailed construction documents.
• Knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and permitting processes in the UAE is advantageous.
