From thrilling outdoor activities to immersive cultural excursions, we are dedicated to providing top-notch adventures. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in the Caribbean.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and local communities.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of adventure guides, coordinators, and support staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the adventure tourism industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in adventure tourism.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
