The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Villa Marketing and Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Directors, and Owners, this role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies while overseeing the daily operations of our 6 luxurious villas and associated staff.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is a marketing-savvy professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the villa or hotel industry, who is ambitious, proactive, and self-motivated. This individual will play a critical role in driving aggressive marketing and sales goals, fostering strong relationships with travel agents, and enhancing our brand’s visibility across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, to maximize villa occupancy and revenue.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, clients, and partners to promote the villas and generate bookings.
  • Oversee the maintenance and presentation of the villas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and readiness for guest arrivals and site inspections.
  • Manage, train, and motivate villa staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations.
  • Ensure all staff members are compliant with food handler’s permits and that uniforms are well-maintained.
  • Conduct monthly villa inventory checks and coordinate necessary repairs or refurbishments.
  • Produce and submit detailed weekly sales and marketing reports to the General Manager, Directors, and Owners.
  • Conduct villa site visits with prospective guests and clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Handle all guest and client correspondence, providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in villa or hotel marketing and operations, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to design and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in staff management and development.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and familiarity with platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
